 I was born and raised in Juarez, Mexico. At the age of thirteen I came to the United States and began to learn English. After attending and graduating from High School I enrolled at UTEP. After receiving my Bachelor of Music Theory and Composition, I enrolled and received an additional bacgelor's in Special Education. I later completed my Master's of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems.
I have taught for 10 years in middle school and elementary. I am very fortunate to be at Del Valle where I get to see my ex-students as they go through another phase of life. I try to be a good example to them because I know that students are always learning more from what we do than what we say. |
