Ranchland Hills Mission Statement
Ranchland Hills Middle School empowers lifelong learners to succeed in a changing world by providing a safe educational environment that nurtures critical thinking skills, global and community ethics, cooperative decision-making, and application of technological skills.
 
AVID Mission Statement
The mission of AVID is to ensure that ALL student and most especially the least served students who are in the middle:
  • Will succeed in rigorous curriculum,
  • will complete a rigorous preparatory path,
  • will enter mainstream activities of the school,
  • will increase their enrollment in four-year colleges,

AND

  • will become educated and responsible participants and leaders in a democratic society.

Ranchland Hills Vision Statement

All students at RHMS will be Self-Directed, Lifelong Learners, Critical Thinkers, and Technologically Driven in a Multilingual Community so that the students become Pro-Actively Responsible and Motivated to seek their own answers in a Multidisciplinary Curriculum.
