GOAL 1: Professional Development for both the Cadre Members and myself

  ACTION STEPS:
Provide PD that is appropriate for our campus.
Setup meeting to include mini lessons which can be take back and share with their grade level.




GOAL 2: Build Educators Self-sufficiency and Comfort in Technology

  ACTION STEPS:
Meet with Teachers to set up classroom goals
Create Lessons together
Team Teach 


GOAL 3: Increase students technology Application TEKS

  ACTION STEPS:
Meet with classes on a regular basis
Include hands on projects which includes various technologies.
