Holiday Exchange

Please complete your Holiday Exchange hours by October 31, 2009.

Teacher Instructions:

1. Go to http://datamart.yisd.net.
   
   
2. Login using your YISD name and password (i.e. rlivermore and last 5-digits of your SSN).
   
   
   
3. Go to the "DataShark" tab.
   
   
   
4. Scroll down to "Holiday Exchange" (Teachers) icon and click on the icon.
   
   
   
5. You will see "Add Courses", click on this link.
   
   
   
6. Use the dropdown menus, Month and Department, to show the available courses.
   
   
   
7. To complete your choice of courses for approval, click the "Save & Quit" icon. You may choose workshops from different departments and different months.
   
   
   Please Note:   At this point, you must wait for approval from your campus principal. Once your principal approves your courses, you will receive an email noting your registration for the approved courses. If your course is denied, you will be required to register for another course.
