Student Registration for the 2009-2010 School Year

You may stop by the front office at your earliest convenience to pick up a registration packet. Please don't wait as space is limited. Don't forget to ask us about our Dual Language Program.

Pre-registration dates for new Kinder students:

Monday May 11, 2009 from 8 am to 11 am

Tuesday May 12, 2009 from 8 am to 11 am and 1 pm to 6 pm

Wednesday May 13, 2009 from 8 am to 11 am and 1 pm to 6 pm

Summer Registration for new K-6 students:

Kinder - 6th Grade are: August 10 to August 13

8:00am - 11:00 am & 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Items parents need to bring to registration include:

• Child's Birth Certificate
• Child's Social Security Card
• Child's Immunization Record
• Parent's Government Issued Drivers License or ID
• Child's End of Year Report Card
• Child's TAKS Results (if applicable)
• A Recent Utility Bill (electric bill/water/gas with name and address)
• A Renters Agreement (if applicable)
• A Power of Attorney (if applicable)
• Documentation of any Special Education Programs (if applicable)
