FILTERING LEXILE DATA FROM DATAMART

- Open the file you have exported from DataMart
- Click on the DATA TAB
- Click on the FILTER icon

- Open the file you have exported from DataMart
- Click the DATA off the top
- Drag down to the Filter
- Select AUTO FILTER

- Select the GRADE column to begin sorting
- Click on the pull down arrow
- Select 5th Grade by first unchecking Select All. Then, check the 5th Grade box
- Go to Test Version column
- Click on the pull down arrow
- Select English or Spanish

- Click on the pull down arrow
- Select 5th Grade by first unchecking Select All. Then, check the 5th Grade box
- Go to Test Version column
- Click on the pull down arrow
- Select English or Spanish

COLORING LEXILE DATA ACCORDING TO IDENTIFIED ZONES

- Select the LEXILE column to begin sorting the Lexile Data
- Select Sort Smallest to Largest
- Locate the first scale score of 2100
- Highlight the scale scores of students below 2100
- Apply the color "red" for the font
- Highlight the scale scores of students from 2100 to 2399
- Apply the color "green" for the font
- Highlight the scale scores of students from 2400 and above
- Apply the color "blue" for the font

- Select the LEXILE column to begin sorting the Lexile Data
- Select Sort Ascending
- Locate the first scale score of 2100
- Highlight the scale scores of students below 2100
- Apply the color "red" for the font
- Highlight the scale scores of students from 2100 to 2399
- Apply the color "green" for the font
- Highlight the scale scores of students from 2400 and above
- Apply the color "blue" for the font
